I am always trying to be more sustainable, here are some ways in which I am at Katy Linton Illustration HQ:

• I often purchase second hand materials for my art, stall setup or postage
• Envelopes are made from recyclable material
• I aim to avoid plastic use where possible - prints and cards are NOT sealed in plastic for online orders and I am transitioning to using reusable organza bags for sticker packs rather than plastic.
• All artwork is either printed by me or in the UK

I will aim to dispatch your order within 3 days after being ordered, however it is just me running this so keep it mind could take longer !

If you purchase something that is made to order, please allow up to 10 days (mostly will be quicker) so I can hand-draw and finish your purchase.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. At the checkout you can choose between 48 or 24 hour tracked and after your order is posted you will be emailed a tracking order.

Unfortunately as I am a small business, I do not offere refunds at this time. However, if there is something wrong with your order when it arrives, please contact me with proof and I can send a replacement.
